APPROACH
A practical process from brief to handover.
Good delivery begins with a shared understanding of the problem. Our proposed process makes assumptions, decisions and acceptance checks visible before a change reaches a live system.
01 / THE SEQUENCE
Six stages with a purpose
01
Discover
Identify users, objectives, existing tools, data and constraints. Output: a clear description of the current situation.
02
Scope
Define inclusions, exclusions, dependencies and what acceptance would mean. Output: a written scope for approval.
03
Design
Specify the workflow, data contract, feature, template or campaign plan. Output: a reviewable proposed solution.
04
Build
Implement approved work in an appropriate controlled environment. Live changes need separate authorisation and a suitable safeguard.
05
Test
Check expected and exceptional behaviour against the agreed criteria; report limitations rather than concealing them.
06
Hand over & improve
Explain what changed, who owns it and what could come next. Continuing support is agreed separately.
02 / OPERATING RULES
Clear decisions, fewer assumptions
Before work begins, we make the proposed scope, access requirements, third-party costs, ownership and acceptance checks clear. A prototype is reviewed before any live release; a handover explains what was delivered and what still needs attention. Where measurement matters, we agree which data can be collected and how results will be assessed.
NEXT STEP
Have a process, system or launch to discuss?
Describe the outcome you need. We will reply with questions, a proposed scope and the next step — no commitment is created by an enquiry.
